Returns will be permitted within 30 days of purchase, providing the following-
  • Your purchase must have been made within the past 30 days.
  • Have original shipping receipt or internet order receipt.
  • Purchased via the XGearLive.com online store.
  • EXOSkin orders cannot be returned unless they are unused.
  • Our warranty does not cover chips, cracks, or scratches on our Tempered Glass.
If your message is regarding an order inquiry, exchange, or return, please be sure to include your Order ID. We will be unable to reply to any inquires without an Order ID.
